fatal systems error help

hello. i have a computer that wont start up because it has a fata
system error. i have a pentium 4 dell dimension 8100 thats like 2 year
old. i restarted the computer last night and before it finished, th
screen turned blue saying:

"STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with
status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
the system has been shut down."

please help me get this fixed and if you can help me, thank you i
advance.
