fatal error

I to am having the same problem.
I recently had my hardrive replaced in my notebook and since then I am
getting the message below when trying to send, however I can recieve:?
"unable to complete operation. A fatal error has occured in outlook".
Outlook doesn't freeze up though? I am running 2003 on XP
