Fatal Blue Screen Error

I've been getting a blue screen error. It state's that I
have a Unmountable_System_Volume. Now I have erased the
hard drive, Fdisk and everything else, but still get this
error. I have just purchased a new mother board, and the
lot, except replacing the hard drive, and still get this
error. I end up having to reinstal windows me, then
Windows XP. My computer will work fine for awhile then
this error comes up.
Any suggestions?
