Fast User Switching and Welcome Screen disabled

How can I get this reactivated? Message in User Accounts states "Client
Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching.
To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services for NetWare."

I cannot find this program anywhere to uninstall this.

I cannot find this program anywhere to uninstall this.

Did you look in Add/Remove Programs yet? If not there, look at the
installed protocols for your network. If not not needed (not connected to a
network of this type), the check can be removed.

Control Panel> Network Connections: Right click the icon for your network
connection and select Properties. On the General page is a list of
protocols/authentications that are applied to that network connection.
