Disabled Welcome screen and Fast User Switching

XPS Home Edition

Client Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User
Switching. In order to restore these features, I must uninstall Client
Services for NetWare. I have searched under Uninstall programs but not there.
How to I go about uninstalling?
