Welcome screen and Fast User Switching disabled

Something called Client Services for Netware has disabled the Welcome Screen
and Fast User Switching. The message tells me I must uninstall Client
Services for Netware to get my Welcome Screen back.

I don't know what Client Services for Netware is... where to find it.... or
how to
uninstall it..

I had the Welcome screen when I first got the computer and I want it back...

Please Help......Les

If you/someone installed it so that you could access a Netware network..
that's where it came from.
