How do I select logon and logoff options on a dell laptop? The error I am
getting states this message, please see below;

"Client Sevices for NetWare has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User
Switching. To restore these features, you must unistall Client Services for
NetWare?"

OK - So where on earth do I do this? I am on Windors XP,

Thanks so much!

Is this a personally-owned laptop or a work-loaned laptop?

Unless it's by accident, Netware Client services are installed on
corporate-owned systems, and changing this will NOT be helpful to your
career.

Removing these services will prevent you from connecting to your employer's
networks, and then you will have to involve the IT staff to fix it.

In fact it's likely that policies are also in place to prevent this from
being done by anyone other than IT group members.

So, if you need this feature, contact your IT group.
