welcome screen

hi ,i cannot change my welcome screen from classic to welcom,as a screen
comes up with the following message,client services for netware has disabled
the welcome screen and fast user switching. to restore feature,you must
uninstall client services for network.i cannot pick this up under my
programms,where can i find it and how do i do it.
