failure using the VxD loader

My OS is Windows XP Home Edition. I downloaded a trial
ripper program from Download.com an it shut down my CD
device and my DVD device. I state that there is a
failure using the VxD loader. How do I corect this.

Hi,

Use the restore feature and rollback the OS prior to the date you installed the trial version of ripper program.
