Failed to Uninstall

Tried to uninstall program Nero and the following message appeared "The
InstallScript engine on this machine is older than the version required to
run the set up. If available, please install the latest version of
InstallScript.msi or contact your support personnel for further assistance."
Where do I get the latest version of InstallSript.msi? Are there other ways
to remove a program from a computer?

Thanks. Got "clean all" program from nero.com. It worked. Apparently
quite a common problem in updating nero programs.
