Error when trying to install ColdFusion MX

When I tried to install Cold Fusion MX on my XP Pro, the following error
popped up:
1: The InstalLScript engine is missing from this machine. Ifavailable,
please run ISScript.msi, or contact your support personnel for further
assistance.

Is there a solution for this??
