I receive this message constantly when I right click. I have Windows XP
Professional (including Service Pack 2 and all the available downloads from
Microsoft).

I've tried Microsoft Support, which only refences a Banyan Vines solution
which I don't have installed on my machine.

I know many people suffer from this very annoying thing but has anyone
managed to work out what it is and how to fix it?

Please reply to john(nospam)@gemstorm.com and you'll have my eternal
gratitude...

Thanks,

John.

Which dll is it failing to load? The error basically means a program has
been called and a file isn't where it is supposed to be. When you find out
what the .dll belongs to (copy and search google) you might try an uninstall
of the program or if you have uninstalled it, search regedit for reference
to the program and delete all entries.
