Failed to load resource DLL

I get this error quite often on my laptop when I am opening a explorer window
to browse my files.

"failed to load resource DLL
JSDRegGetJ2GResFileSpec"

I have a Toshiba A75-S231 running on Windows XP SP2

Yes! I still have have it on my laptop. I think I had another version which
was uninstalled and a newer one installed. Is this the culprit?

Yes. The easiest way to get rid of it is to re-install the program, reboot,
and then uninstall the program again, following eFax's directions. If that
doesn't help you'll need to contact eFax technical support.
