Setup Error: Failed to load resources from resource file

I downloaded Yamicsoft WinXP Manager v4.97.4 trial version, then installed
it. When I run the program the intro appears but then errormessage " Setup
Error, Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your Setup"
and when I click OK then the intro disappears. I still have the WinXP Manager
v4.93.2 and when I reinstalled it, it is working good w/o error. This program
requires MS .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0 installed and I have both installed if
I check Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs.
What is wrong and how to fix this? Thanks.

I did not contact Yamicsoft. I have both .NET Framework 1.1 AND 2.0
installed. I uninstalled .NET v1.1 (+ hotfix) and keep v2.0 and now the error
message has gone and WinXP is running well. Maybe this can help others with
the same problem.
