Fail to load personal profile

Hi,

All accounts including Administrator fail to load the personal profile. So,
I see nothing besides the wall paper. It is able to run all programs by task
manager and all drivers are working fine.

I am trying to run explorer by task manager.
Pls tell me the location of this program.
I have tried c:\Windows\explorer.exe but the application does not run.

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?

You can run anti-malware programs by using Task Manager.
