Factory Restore

I would like to do a factory restore. Take my computer
back to the way it was when it came from the factory, but
when I go into system tools it will only let me go back a
few months. I've had the computer about 4 years, but it's
doing all kinds of wierd things. I have taken all my
programs, documents, pics, etc., off of it and am ready to
restore it back to the beginning. Anyone know how I can
do this?
