Restoring to Factory settings

I wish to restore my computer to factory settings but did not get standard
restore disks with computer (woolworths pre pack job) and am struggling with
computer speed and performance due to lots of unwanted programmes deleting of
which usually causes fatal error plz help

Hi sting:

You may have a recovery partition on your computer. Such partitions are
normally hidden from view. Contact the computer manufacturer, who can
tell you if you have such a partition and walk you through the steps to
use it.

Without recovery CDs or a recovery partition, you'll have to reinstall
everything yourself. You'll need to purchase whatever installation CDs
and/or DVDs you don't have

The other option is to solve the computer's problems.

Going forward, you'll want to learn about backing up.
