restoration to factory settings

i am trying to restore my computer straight to factory settings. please help

do you have restore disks? What type of computer is it? There are
several ways to do this but need a little more information

What kind of computer is it? Did it come with Windows pre-installed. Did you
also get a Windows CD? Is it an installation CD or an OEM Restore CD?

Why do you want to do this?

Carefully follow the instructions provided by the computer's
manufacturer. Hint: They'll be in the manual that came with the
computer, and on the manufacturer's web site. (You have bothered to
tell us what make/model computer you have, so we can't look that
specific information up for you; you'll have to do it yourself.)
