Restore factory settings

Can anyone help im having all the crap with uninstalling Quick time so i want
to restore my comp to the factory settings but i cant remember which key i
use on start up thanks

Thanks pal but i dont no what the hammer key is my comps a packard bell i no
its a F-something key but thats about it!

Use add/remove in control panel , if not , find uninstall.exe in Quick
Time program files . If you reset to factory settings , you will lose
ALL your programs .

Thanks Bojimbo but ive looked in the stormII files and there i lots of stuff
about QT but i cant find the uninstall.exe shall i just delete the
stormcodecs and everything in the folders?
