All,
In my folder list in Outlook 2002, 2 extra folders, both entitled "Personal
Folders" have appeared.
I don't know where they came from, and when i click on them to try and
expand / open them, i get the following error message:
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location." This message appears on a blank page with a
gray background.
An "address" toolbar also opens up with the following address in it:
outlook:FF00000038A1BB1005E5101AA1BB08002B2A56C20001945F58D0C392754681F6A5F6

or

I also am unable to right click or delete these folders.
Can anyone help me get rid of them?
Thanks,
Kirstie
