Extra mail folders when reverting from Outlook 2007 trial to 2003

I uninstalled my Office 2007 trial and reinstalled Office 2003. When I
opened Outlook it automatically set up 3 mail folders for my 3 accounts but
get an error message ["the set of folders could be opened"] when I try to
open these. I added the 3 accounts through the tools menu but cannot delete
the default trio [appeared with the (e-mail address removed) name rather than "MSN",
"MSN1" and "Hotmail" that the added acounts appear as]. Any clues as to how
to delete these unneeded mail folders?
