Hi
Just wondering if anyone knows how to solve the problem.
When i connect my maxtor external hard drive to my pc (running in windows xp pro), it recognises that there is usb mass but it doesnt display it anywhere.(Disk management recognises the hard drive but then it stops responding till i unplug the hard drive).
When i connect the external hard drive to my laptop it works normally without any problem and have also tested in other peoples pc which all seem to work apart from my pc.
Any help much appreciated
