External Calendar Events off by 1 hour in Outlook

Appointments seem to be moving time slots on their own in outlook; or maybe
they are not.

Couple of our Project Managers are experiencing the following:

recurring meetings moved from the 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm slot on the calendar in
the daily view, but the item itself shows that it is scheduled for 3:00 pm in
the appointment view.

Any idea what is happening?

Could this be due to Project Server Outlook integration? Or Could this be
due to the Daylight saving time change.

Please advise. Thanks!
