Extend a dynamic volume

I have a customer that has Win2K Server on a Gateway
system that came with the C: volume set at 2GB and the
rest partition for D: which is 6.8GB. Well, now the C:
volume is down to 2MB. Both volumes are mirrored. I want
to delete the D: volume and add 3GB to the C: volume and
create a D: volume from the left over 3.8GB. Once I beak
the mirror and delete the D: volume can I add 3GB to the
C: volume without affect the data on C:? How do I do this?

No, you cannot extend your system or boot volume on a dynamic disk.

A possibility would be to use Norton Ghost, it is said to support dynamic
disks.
