Exporting Outlook Web info to Outlook

into Outlook 03 specifically. I need to port over my address book & email
archives from Outlook Web Access. Help please!

Assuming you can't just connect using outlook and you have http access (not

Hi .. I'm stuck on this part .... "After you connect to your Exchange
mailbox, you can drag messages to a pst on your hard drive to archive them. "

How might this "pst" trick be accomplished?

I'd appreciate any insight! Thanks!

a "PST" is a Personal Folders file, also known as an Outlook Data File.
This is where mail, contacts, tasks, etc. are stored when Outlook isn't
using an Exchange Server mailbox. 'Control Panel|Mail|Data Files' will tell
you more.
