Exporting Graphics from Access 2002 to Word or Excel

I have various reports which include graphics but when these reports are
exported to either Word or Excel the graphics do not show. Is there any way
this can be overcome?
 
Hi Sarah,

There's no perfect solution. See the Report Utilities at
http://www.lebans.com; or export to Snapshot format; or install
PDF-creating software and print to PDF files.

Thanks for the advise and perhaps I am being dim but how do you export to
Snapshot format?
