This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

You don't seem to be using Access: you're talking about a Visual Basic form,
and a PowerPoint presentation.

You'd probably be better off asking in a newsgroup related to PowerPoint,
although one of the Visual Basic newsgroups might be able to help as well.
