Export Windows Mail to Outlook 2003

When I use the export funtion in Window Mail to export to Outlook 2003 it
seems to export or at least do something, telling me its going throught the
folders. It also finishes with no error messages. But when I open Outlook
none of the messages have been transferred/imported.

Anyone have a clue?

Yes, have never seen it work that direction so I'd say it never has worked.
