export public calander folder to excel

Our office uses an office calander on exchange server where we track who is
sick or late to work. Is there a way to export this public folder into excel
to track the total # of late and sick days for our staff.

I can export my personal calander to excel but don't see the option under
public folder.
 
Copy the folder to your local folderset first
