calander sync

We use outlook 2003 and have several employees, to this point I am the only
one who use's there personal calander everyone else uses the public one. I
have a pocket PC and use it all the time but I can't get it to sync with the
public calander only my personal one. What is the best solution for us
without duplicating work. eventually several of us will be using pocket pc
or treo 650.

Can we link to one calander or shuold we just use personnel calanders and
share them with everyone else? HELP! Please!

Are you using an Exchange server at work?

PPC can only sync the default calendar, not a personal AND public calendar.
There are third party programs that can do this - try browsing through
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync to see some of the experts' opinions on
good alternatives.
