Shared calander with different POP3 profiles

I have a user that travels and we have a profile for in the office and one
for when he is traveling and using dial up. I want the calanders and inbox to
reflect the same inforamation. I have tried using the same pst file but when
he enters meetings on the calander when in the office and then he is on the
road and uses the other profile the meeting does not show. How can I share
information for two different profiles>

Are you using Exchange? What version of Outlook?
