New Exchange 2003 and outlook

We just setup an Ex2003 server and installed outlook 2003 on a few machines
some users were sharing there cal's and when we went to outlook 2003 and
exchange
they now have 2 calanders one is the old and on is like Calander - Username
they can share the Cal username but not the old one.

how do i get rid of one of them so they only have the default and make it
shareable again in exchange.

problem is now if the put something on the shared cal it will not pop up the
reminders.

Thanks

Sounds like your users have profiles that include a .pst file as the default
delivery location. Instead, they should be using the Exchange mailbox as the
delivery location.

How were they sharing their calendars earlier?

in outlook 2000 they could share it with anyone with an email address
it would send the updates via email.
but it wont work like that anymore with outlook 2003.

Thanks

You are apparently referring to the Net Folders feature, which died a
deserved death with Outlook 2002.

Never and still havent had a problem with net folders and not about to
change our mail server just to share address books and calenders. It
is the reason why we will be staying with Office 2000 and not
upgrading
