Export Apple Address Book to Outlook 2003

I have a user that had to switch from a Mac to a PC for business purposes.
He wanted all of his contacts transferred over. Though Outlook has the
ability to import VCF files, it would only import the first contact. Here is
how to get everything from Apple Address Book 3.1.2 on a Mac to Microsoft
Outlook 2003.

In Address Book, make sure All is highlighted
Click any of the names in the All group
Click command+A to select everyone in that group
Drag that selection to your desktop
A file will be created called vCards.vcf
Open Entourage
Click on Address Book
Drag vCards.vcf from your desktop to the contact window
All of the names will populate your contacts
Still in Entourage, click on File>Export
Select Export contacts to a tab-delimited text file
Click the right arrow
It will automatically try to save as Contacts Export.txt
Save it to your desktop
Open Contacts Export.txt in Excel 2004
Save it as a tab-delimited file naming it Contacts.txt
Get Contacts.txt to your PC desktop
In Outlook, click File>Import and Export
Select Import from another program or file
Click Next
Choose Tab Separated Values (Windows)
Click Next
Click Browse
Choose Contacts.txt on your desktop
Click Next
Select Contacts
Click Next
Click Finish

I really hope someone benefits from this.

Thanks,

Kim Russell
