A 'lite' one is Start>Contr Panel>Perfom n Maintenance>System
An 'extra-lite' one is WinKey + Break key (last of F keys row)
Presuming you are running Windows XP, because you have posted here.
Start - Run - WinVer
If it says 'Service Pack 1' the *Internet Explorer* patches you would
get would be the ones for Internet Explorer 6 with SP1; otherwise the
one for Internet Explorer in Windows XP
