Hi there,

My operating system is Windows XP Home Edition. Recently
everytime I access my files etc I get the
message 'Explorer.exe needs to close, sorry for the
inconvenience'. It then proceeds to re-boot everything
I've got live on the desktop. It doesn't take me back to
the logon screen it just re-starts automatically.

Please help!

Yes I've investigated the problem with Microsoft who come
up with the Nimda.E virus, however, I've run a Symantec
removal tool for this particular virus and it said it
wasn't there! Don't know what to do now!
