Hi
I have been given a laptop with Vista, when it boots, I log on and all I
get is the
desktop then a message which say's windows says that it has detected a
problem with explorer and needs to restart, so it does then the message
comes up again, and again in a loop.
this all happened after I plugged in a brand new out of the box iPod.which
when I
plugged it into my desktop PC works fine, the only other info I can give is
the ipod was in Chinese language when I first turned on using the desktop PC
which it needs to charge up. I changed it to English and all is fine, so I
don't know if this is what has caused the problem on the laptop
Any ideas?
Thanks
Gordon
