Explorer menues displaying in multiple languages

After installing a german AOL disk on an English computer, Internet-related
menues and screens have changed from English to German. I then de-installed
and reinstalled SP2 for XP and although the main window is back to English
again along with the associated menues, the Internet options window is still
in German!!! Please help!
