Explorer is substituting the same website for everything

I have IE6, Winxp. Today I have been having trouble with
IE. Sends me to same website even if I hit home or any
other website address. Redirects me to PRNewswire.com.
Address line shows my correct destination
www.my.yahoo.com but takes me to PR. Also if I use my
favorites, same thing happens. Address line is correct
but I am directed to PR Newswire. Also if I hit
refresh, address line remains my.yahoo. but I get
numerous error messages like "Not Found The requested
object does not exist on this server. The link you
followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server
has been instructed not to let you have it."

Sometimes a screen will work for a while and then revert
to the PR newswire site. Help!

I have a network with three computers, a Dlink router. My
main computer is the only one affected. Ran PC-cillin
scan and says no virus.
