Address Bar/ Getting redireted to same web site

I am running IE 6.0 and all of a sudden in my address bar
when I put in any specfic address and then hit return it
redirects me to this one specific website. When I went to
Settings/Internet Options and then looked at where my
homepage is set to this website address shows up, but it
does not allow you to change it. I have tried running
virus scans, etc to remedy the problem but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
