explorer has caused a fault in

Hi all,
I have a problem with a fault in 7172796982.tmp.
I have no idea what is to be done with this, i have
reloaded windows and this makes no differance to the
problem,any advice would be very helpful. much thanks.

This could be spyware, a parasite, a trojan, a virus, etc.
Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
