mshtml.dll fault

I am using Windows XP SP2 with Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2. I was in Yahoo,
clicked on Shopping and tried to search. As soon as I click search, I get
the message that Internet Explorer needs to close. When I look at the error
message, it says, Faulting APplication iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180,
faulting module mshtml.dll, version 6.0.2900.2627, fault address 0x0007a90b,
and i've also gotten it with fault address 0x000d8475. I used to be able to
shop no problem. Now I can't. Please help!

I installed Microsoft Spyware, ran it and removed what it said to remove. It
did quarantine the MyWebSearch Toolbar instead of removing it. And I did the
winsock reset.
Still having the problem!

As for spyware removal, you'll have to rely on more than just one tool to
make sure your system is clean - some catch what the others miss...

This mshtml.dll error may be caused by spyware/malware that's gotten
installed on
your system. Use Ad-Aware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy to remove it.

If no joy, in IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Advanced tab, Browsing
section, uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions", click Apply, click
Okay, reboot. If that solves your problem, then more troubleshooting is
needed to find out exactly which program, or Browser Helper Object (BHO) is
causing this problem. You don't want to leave it at that, as some BHOs are
useful or necessary - like Adobe Acrobat for reading .pdf files or an
essential component of Norton AV. Get BHODemon -

Disable all items, and then gradually replace one or two at a time to narrow
down the culprit.
