Can anyone help?

I have a problem where I can only open Explorer once every
day- when it is closed down and re-opened, I cannot access
any more web sites, it just simply fails to try. when it
is next closed therefater, I just get an error message
saying there has been a fault.

My company helpdesk have been unable to resolve it, even
re-loading Explorer.

MAny thanks!

The AutoDial Procedure Stops If You Quit Internet Explorer
When Internet Explorer performs an AutoDial procedure, the Internet Explorer
window and the Dial-Up Connection dialog box are displayed. If you configure
the AutoDial feature to automatically connect, the AutoDial procedure
starts. When this occurs, you can quit Internet Explorer. If you do this,
the Dial-Up Connection dialog box closes. Because the connection is not
established, the modem dials, negotiates line speed, and then stays
connected until an Internet service provider (ISP) timeout occurs and quits
the connection.
