Explorer Folder View

Hi all,

When I open windows explorer, the window opens with the folders view in the
left hand pane.
I can turn this view off so that "system tasks" is displayed in the left
side of the window. When I close explorer down and open it again the folders
pane is visible again.
I want to open explorer with the "system tasks" displayed every time. Like
this --> http://tinyurl.com/2m3bh

I have been through the options for reset folders, remember folder view etc
etc.....

This making an allready bald man pull out what little hair he has left.....
:-S
