You can't just add and application to the Events tab manually. The
application itself has to register with the imaging service or make a call
to the Windows Image Aquistion service that it is an eventable application
in order for it to show up in the events tab. If you've already installed
the application and it's not showing up in the list then it's most likely
not an eventable application. Sometimes you have to launch the application
first before it will register with WIA. You could consult the manufacturer
of the application just to make sure.
