Explorer.exe runtime error.

I've been getting a Windows runtime error that is driving
me nuts.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program c:\windows\explorer.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more
information.

I reviewed the logs of Windows and I found this but...I am
still with no clue on what to do.

I already reformatted my computer but it came back.

Looking for help...thanks

well if you have reformatted and reloaded windows then it
has to be a hardware issue. I would first start with the
memory.
