Explorer Error Message

When ever I get into certain Sites i click on a button and
get an error that says "explorer has encountered a problem
and must shut down sorry for any inconvenience" How can I
fix this. I am running version 6.0.2800.1106. Other
computers that I work with using 6.0.2600.0000 do not have
this problem. What can I do.
