TROUBLESHOOTING ERROR MESSAGE

I would appreciate an answer on how to fix this error
message.

I have been getting the same error message. It is now to
the point where it is appearing every 5-15 seconds.
I have done all updates avail (I think), uninstalled and
reinstalled the app... same issue. Ran virus scan,
spyware remover, cleaned out my temp files, defraged the
system... anything that might help... same issue.

Any ideas on how to resolve this I would like to know!
Please help!!!
