Explorer Crashing

Hello all,

I have a clean install of Windows XP Pro on a Tosh Tecra notebook. Ever
since I have had this notebook, even after a clean install, eventually after
doing some work Explorer crashes.

The operating system recovers this, bit I lose all my system tray icons.

Any ideas? I guess is might be some incompatiable software, such as MS
Exchange Administrator 5.5, but even so, is there a way of recovering icons
without the need for a reboot?

Log off and then log back on. That will get your systray
back.
