explorer crashing apon loging in

every time my mother logs on to her account explorer crashes it only hapens
on her account and im geting the blame for it so i need to fix it it always
seems to hapen when avg is loading up i want to make this stop hapening dose
any one know how to fix this or even whats wrong with it
