explorer autostart

hello!

i have a problem regarding windows explorer:
it also starts if i did a restart of the system..

what can i do, that the explorer doesnt start at every
start of w2k?

Can't be done, Explorer is used to show your desktop and EVERYTHING else.
Leave it alone. You need it on and running all the time or nothing will
work..
